Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which require a player to wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. All Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirement progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account. sd999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances unless required to do so by an applicable regulatory body.

The sd999 platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, sd999's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
In no event shall sd999's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether sd999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where sd999 determines that:
